Summary: We were not happy with the room. We received a handicap room and there was no chair at all in the room to sit in. We tried to upgrade, but the hotel was full. In all fairness, we were offered a different room for the next day, but it did not seem worth the trouble. In addition, the maids broke the shower on the first day where they cleaned. A maintenance man came to fix it, but said it was not fixable without a part. So we had a part of the shower missing! The room was sterile, and uncomfortable, but we were too lazy to move! Sandra at the front desk offered another room in fairness. We were unhappy with the booking because we booked a double room, but we did not request a handicap room!
